´╗┐The American Concrete Institute (ACI) is a nonprofit technical and educational society designed to increase concrete knowledge by conducting seminars, managing certification programs, and publishing technical documents.

Founded in 1904, it has become a leading authority on concrete technology. The ACI has established itself by requiring its members to contribute, from their training and knowledge, to the benefit the public at large.

The ACI publishes two bimonthly journals, ACI Structural Journal and ACI Materials Journal, and a monthly magazine entitled Concrete International.

It provides international certification programs for craftsmen, technicians, supervisors, and inspectors. It also offers student programs.

There are 98 ACI chapters with over 20,000 members in 108 countries.
