The National Asphalt Pavement Association is a national-level trade association representing the interests of hot-mix asphalt (HMA) producers and paving contractors with Congress, government agencies, and other national trade and business organizations.

It supports research programs dealing with environmental concerns and the quality of HMA pavement and paving techniques.

The NAPA also provides its members with detailed lists of technical, educational, and marketing materials.

Formed in 1955, the association represents more than 1,100 companies across the U.S. with its office located in Washington, D.C.
